Room specifications and FAQ’s

Please contact us directly if you’re interested in hiring the space for your party, we’d love to have you!

Capacity:
20-35 guests

Music setup
You can either play your own music directly through your own device, or play our bar music downstairs.
You are more than welcome to provide your own DJ and set-up for the evening, we are able to plug into our main speakers.

Decorations:
Please feel free to decorate the venue, we ask that you be mindful of how you are fixing them to our walls.

Room Hire Duration:
6pm until 1am. (Please note that Last orders at the bar will 12.30).

Children:
Our license only allows anyone under 18 on the premise until 7.30pm.

Challenge 25:
If you are lucky enough to look under 25, we will ask you for ID upon arrival. If you fail to show valid identification we will sadly ask you to vacate the premises after 7.30 and refuse any alcohol service prior to this. (Please make sure all of your party is aware of this, we take no pleasure in doing this - it is the law).

Room Fee:
£120 for Friday & Saturday evening hire from 6pm. We will only hold any provisional dates and bookings for 48 hrs and only secure the room upon full deposit payment. Mid week bookings, £10 per hour - minimum 4hrs.

Food:
We are so proud to have Alberta’s onboard at The Windmill.

Ali and his team will bend over backwards to accommodate for all your party's culinary & dietary requirements. Bellow is our party menus. Please note that we are a food led business and only accept our food on site for each party (aside from celebratory cakes).

Service Charge:
A 10% discretionary service charge will be added to any functions that require table service throughout the night. We spilt this 50:50 directly with the bar & kitchen.
